Overdue Leads. connorsandford747@gmail.com

Limited companies in your area that have just missed their accounts deadline.

Every month, a spreadsheet of them, each with a currently serving director. Those directors have a penalty letter on the way and need an accountant quickly. Only one firm per area gets the list.

Why the first week matters

Companies House fines a private company automatically, and the fine grows the longer the accounts stay late. A director who hears from you in week one has the most reason to say yes.

  1. Deadline passesDay 0You call here
  2. £150Up to 1 month late
  3. £3751 to 3 months
  4. £7503 to 6 months
  5. £1,500Over 6 months

Penalties for private limited companies, doubled if accounts are late two years running. Source: GOV.UK, penalties for late filing.

Questions

Can't I get this from Companies House myself?

Yes, the raw data is public. What you pay for is the time: checking every company in your area, keeping only the ones that have just gone overdue, finding a serving director, and doing it every month. And no other firm near you gets the same list.

How many companies will I get each month?

It depends on the area. I'll count it for your postcodes and tell you before you pay.

Can I contact these directors?

The list gives you the company and a serving director's name from the public register. How you approach them is up to you, within the UK's marketing rules.

Who runs Overdue Leads?

I'm Connor Sandford, a sole trader based in Wiltshire. I run Overdue Leads myself, so you deal with me directly, by phone or email.

Privacy and opting out

Accountancy firms: if I've emailed you and you'd rather I didn't, reply "stop" or email connorsandford747@gmail.com. I won't contact you again.

Privacy notice for company directors

Who I am: Overdue Leads, a trading name of Connor Sandford, sole trader. I decide how this data is used (the "controller"). Contact: connorsandford747@gmail.com.

What I use and where it comes from: company name, company number, registered office address, accounts due date, and the name of a currently serving director. All of it comes from the public register at Companies House. I don't use home addresses, dates of birth or anything else about you.

Why: to tell one accountancy firm in your area that your company's accounts are overdue, so they can offer to help you file them. The legal basis is legitimate interests: companies with overdue accounts face rising penalties, and the data is already public for exactly this kind of transparency.

Who gets it: one accountancy firm per postcode area that pays for the monthly list. Nobody else, and I never sell it as a general mailing list.

How long I keep it: up to 12 months, then it's deleted.

Your rights: you can object at any time and I'll leave your company out of future lists. You can also ask for a copy of what I hold, or for it to be corrected or deleted. Email connorsandford747@gmail.com with your company number. If you're unhappy with how I've handled it, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

ICO registration applied for (October 2026).
